Ex: Rabbi William Dalin, first leader of San Francisco's Conservative Congregation Ner Tamid. Rabbi Dalin obtained this Torah as a U.S. Army Chaplain while stationed in Cochem India in 1946. A Late Bronze Age and Hittite solid cast bull with long tubular body, splayed legs, long necks, and long tapering horns canted forward. The Late Bronze Age Bull (on the left),found in the Holy Land,circa 1500 - 1200 B.C.E. and stands at 2 1/4" tall. The Hittite bull,(on the right), from ancient Syria, circa early 2nd Millennium B.C.E. and stands at 2 3/4" tall. Both in excellent condition.
