T.L. Tested for Authenticity, a magnificent Tang Dynasty (618-907 A.D.) Camel and Foreign Rider. This is a very wonderful piece that expresses great motion. The camel stands four square on a plinth has head raised and mouth open with his tail swinging. The foreign rider is very detailed with pointed cap and beard with one arm raised. A small amount of the original paint remains on the camel. This piece is in excellent condition and measures 28 inches high and 21 inches from head to tail.

Russian Icon, ca. Early 1700s, on wooden panel 12" high x 10" wide. Polychrome with three horizontal registers. Various scenes including St. George, Christ on Throne, Twelve Apostles, Mother and Child. Russian script adorn halos. Gold leaf highlights with minor surface wear from age and use. Dormant worm holes but otherwise in very good condition.
