Roman Bronze Key, circa 2nd - 3rd Century C.E. found in the Holy land. 1/2" high x 1" diameter. Encrustation, but in good condition. Ex: Archaeological Center, Jerusalem. A GREEK BRONZE LION ARCHAIC PERIOD, CIRCA MID 6TH CENTURY BCE. Some loss due to age, but in excellent condition. 1 3/4" x 3" x 1", on stand height is 3 1/4". Depicted recumbent with its forepaws extended, the head turned to its right, with an incised radiating mane and short rounded ears, a long muzzle and upturned whiskers, the long tail curved over the haunches.
